The Delivery: A 3.5-hour workshop for Senior Management and Scheme Managers.

The Goal: To move leadership from "crisis management" to "proactive resilience." We teach managers how to identify early warning signs of staff burnout and implement Social Value frameworks that improve CQC ratings.
