Specialised Cognitive Wellness:

Creative AOT for Systemic Health Equity

Creative Adult Play Time delivers GP-endorsed, tailored, and evidence-based wellness programs focused on older adults (65+) from low socio-economic and minority ethnic backgrounds in areas of deprivation.

Our Core Purpose: We combat the complex systemic issues of social isolation and cognitive decline, major drivers of healthcare demand and cost. We achieve this by providing high-quality, specialised Alternative Occupational Therapy (AOT) using creative movement and art.

For Our Partners: We partner with senior housing and public organisations to offer an affordable, proactive solution that improves quality of life and manages symptoms for individuals at risk of or living with dementia. Our approach is rooted in therapeutic standards and generates measurable outcomes, providing the demonstrable impact that supports wider health system efficiency and health equity for underserved communities.

"The Creative Adult Play Time sessions are the highlight of my week. They have a fantastic range of activities, ensuring there's something for everyone. I've personally found a significant reduction in my anxiety and a renewed sense of happiness and engagement. Highly recommended!"
